How to use: Wash your hands, assemble clean and dry milk-contact parts as directed, and select the correct flange fit. Center the nipple in the tunnel, position the pump inside a supportive nursing bra, and start at a comfortable low setting. Adjust only while comfortable, using the controls or compatible app. Remove carefully and transfer milk to a suitable storage container. Clean milk-contact parts after every use following the manual. Keep the motor and charging components out of water. Use the supplied instructions for sterilizing, charging, and milk storage; stronger suction is not necessarily more effective.

Returns and refunds
Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items to community@thehappybabyusa.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video where relevant; keep the packaging and shipping label. We review eligible claims for a refund or replacement. Change-of-mind, accidental-order, and preference returns are not accepted, subject to applicable law. Opening an item to discover a defect does not remove your right to report it. Do not send a physical return without our written instructions. If we require a return for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim, HappyBabyUSA covers the approved return postage.

Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method within any legally required timeframe. Allow 5–10 business days after issue for the credit to appear. We send a refund confirmation. Customer refunds required by law do not depend on supplier reimbursement.

Cancellations can be requested only before processing or shipment and are not guaranteed. A separate cancellation restriction applies only to items bearing the HappyBabyUSA name or logo, as explained in our full terms; it does not apply to other brands sold here. If we cannot ship within our promised processing period, we notify you and offer the choice of a revised shipping date or a refund for affected unshipped items as required by law.
