Shipping is included for eligible U.S. orders, with no minimum spend. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, or up to 5 during peak periods, followed by an estimated 2–8 business days for delivery after dispatch of U.S.-stocked items. Tracking is provided when shipped; items may arrive separately. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. We deliver to physical street addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), military or diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), PO boxes, or post office addresses. We do not offer international delivery. Some remote street addresses may also be outside carrier coverage. Returns and refunds
Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items to community@thehappybabyusa.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video where relevant; keep the packaging and shipping label. We review eligible claims for a refund or replacement. Change-of-mind, accidental-order, and preference returns are not accepted, subject to applicable law. Opening an item to discover a defect does not remove your right to report it. Do not send a physical return without our written instructions. If we require a return for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim, HappyBabyUSA covers the approved return postage.
Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method within any legally required timeframe. Allow 5–10 business days after issue for the credit to appear. We send a refund confirmation. Customer refunds required by law do not depend on supplier reimbursement.
Cancellations can be requested only before processing or shipment and are not guaranteed. A separate cancellation restriction applies only to items bearing the HappyBabyUSA name or logo, as explained in our full terms; it does not apply to other brands sold here. If we cannot ship within our promised processing period, we notify you and offer the choice of a revised shipping date or a refund for affected unshipped items as required by law. Contact us as soon as a delivery estimate is missed; no 45-day waiting period limits your statutory rights.
